The following covers were created by myself and Juanita Campbell during my tenure at Dark Roast Press (2008-2010). One of the things I loved about being with them as a new author was the ability to do my own covers. I’m not just a writer, but an artist as well so to create a visual of my writing, a cover related to the words was a joy. I doubt I will have that type of freedom with any new publisher I move forward with, but I can always dream. At the very least I’ll be able to work with an artist who gets me as Juanita did.
